Passionate and motivated commis sommelier or sommelier required to join the team at The Gilbert Scott; one of London's new openings from Marcus Wareing Restaurants.
Candidates will be given full support and training, as well as mentoring and education from our Head Sommelier, Mark Cesareo.
With an inventive and precise list, offering a range of new world and old world gems, you will need to be passionate about both wine and food and the delivery of this to our guests.
